Hangzhou Codewel New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in January 2018. It is a global technology and industrial enterprise integrating R&D, production and marketing. Codewel's main business is one-stop R&D barcode solutions, specializing in the production and sales of barcode labels, thermal transfer ribbons, hot stamping foils, thermal transfer printers, print heads, barcode scanners, etc. The products can be widely used in medicine, food, office, dairy products, clothing, electronics, electrical appliances, transportation, logistics, packaging and other industries.

OEM & Global Footprint

Codewel has many years of rich experience in OEM production of brand barcode printers, and has introduced senior technical engineers for thermal transfer printers from Taiwan. Our company is a leading domestic manufacturer of customized thermal transfer ribbons. At present, it has invested in more than 10 coating and cutting TTR production lines and a production base of more than 6,000 square meters. The annual output has exceeded 100 million square meters. Products are exported to more than 100 countries, covering Southeast Asia, Europe, America, Australia and other sectors, and local branches have been established in Asia and America.

Our Production Facility

Ribbon Factory

Our 6,000㎡ ribbon production base houses 10+ advanced coating and cutting lines, producing 100M+ square meters annually. Each roll undergoes precision quality control for barcode printing durability across extreme conditions (-30°C to 150°C). Exported to 100+ countries, these ribbons power industries from pharmaceuticals to logistics with consistent print quality.

Print Head Workshop

Developed by engineers from Taiwan, our print heads deliver 300 DPI resolution at speeds exceeding 10 inches per second. Manufactured in a dust-free workshop and protected by nano-coating technology, they ensure a lifespan of over 50,000 hours. When paired with Codewel ribbons, they produce sharp, durable prints—even on curved surfaces—making them ideal for industrial labeling applications.
